At JORESTECH Safety, we are committed to your satisfaction and safety. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned safety gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
